Role Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through active sourcing and networking.
- Use job boards, social media, and LinkedIn to attract candidates for various roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in recruiting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
