Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through active sourcing and networking.
  • Use job boards, social media, and LinkedIn to attract candidates for various roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
