Recruitment Specialist (Intern)

Job Description:

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Schedule potential candidates for face-to-face interviews
  • Communicate feedback to candidates after the recruitment process
  • Host and participate in job fairs (if any)
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Requirements:

  • BA in business administration or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized and committed.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
