Personnel Specialist

Job Description

  • Manage employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Prepare and issue HR letters, contracts, and employment documentation
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Assist with payroll data, attendance, leave, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
  • Support HR audits, reports, and internal reviews

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • 3–6 years of experience in personnel administration or HR operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR policies
  • Excellent Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.
