- Manage employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Prepare and issue HR letters, contracts, and employment documentation
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Assist with payroll data, attendance, leave, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Support HR audits, reports, and internal reviews
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 3–6 years of experience in personnel administration or HR operations
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR policies
- Excellent Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.
