- Provide Clear explanations, practice opportunities, and reinforcement of key concepts.
- Monitor student progress.
- Break down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps using different teaching methods.
- Identify individual learning gaps and tailor support strategies to help students progress.
- Create and prepare supportive learning materials, worksheets, and exercises designed for students with varying levels of ability and learning needs.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and colleagues to implement effective intervention strategies and monitor results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Education or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics across relevant grade level mainly KS 1&2.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
- Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and support students with varying learning needs.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a teaching team.
