Job Requirements
- Plan, organize, maintain, and manage the operations and reliability of the schools’ facilities and general infrastructure systems.
- Establishes & develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation and monitors preventative maintenance processes.
- Program and facility inspection processes for on-going review of maintenance work by internal maintenance team, or external outsourcing companies.
- Plan and execute building maintenance and operational programs for all the schools’ facilities.
- Implementation of management objectives to achieve group goals and objectives.
- Develop various facilities maintenance schedules while managing and resolving all maintenance issues while making sure that all maintenance processes and procedures are safe, and that all compliance programs are being met.
- To ensure that all the facilities are problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Job Requirements
- Relevant engineering degree is must.
- +5 years progressively responsible, professional engineering or experience in planning maintenance operations.
